Demo Room Presentations
Reserve your 45-minute time slot to promote your product or service by submitting the Demo Room Call for Papers by March 1, 2013. The Demo Room will include the sound system, CART provider and necessary equipment including projector and two projector screens (one for CART, one for presentation).
- Thursday, June 27: Noon – 5 p.m. (Exhibit Hall Grand Opening from Noon – 2 p.m.)
- Friday, June 28: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday, June 29: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Exclusive Exhibit Hall Hours from Noon – 3 p.m.)
