Two Ways to Register (for U.S. Residents; international attendees, please see information below prior to registering online):
Online - this is the preferred method of registering. Start by logging into the HLAA Online Portal, click Convention Registration on the left menu, then either U.S. Registration or Non-U.S. Registration. The rest is a breeze, but if you need help along the way, we are only an email or phone call away (301.657.2248). International attendees must register online (see more information below).
Off-line - download and print the registration form (this is not a fillable form); complete the form then mail, fax, or email the form to HLAA):

HLAA State/Chapter/Delegate Registration
Online registration is NOT available for State/Chapter Leaders. Please review the guidelines and State/Chapter Leader registration form (use this form for delegates as well).
Veterans with Hearing Loss
As a token of our appreciation for your service, HLAA is offering a complimentary registration for veterans with hearing loss who are attending their first HLAA Convention. Please download and complete the Veterans Registration Form.
International Attendees - Receive Complimentary Digital Membership When You Register
HLAA is offering international attendees of Convention 2016/IFHOH Congress a complimentary one-year digital membership so you can register as a member and enjoy the discounted registration rate.
