If you are registering for the Full-activity package, the Rocky Stone: Operation 35 Banquet is included; please do not add another ticket unless you are purchasing one for a guest (doing so will result in an over-payment of $65).
Also, please include your RSVP for the Awards Breakfast and Ceremony on Sunday, June 28; the complimentary breakfast is included in the Full-activity and Education packages. Guests not registered for the Convention need to purchase a ticket for the breakfast ($25/ticket).
Veterans with Hearing Loss, Welcome to HLAA and Convention 2015 We are pleased to offer a complimentary registration (education package) for veterans with hearing loss attending the HLAA Convention 2015 for the first time. Please complete the Veterans Registration Form (online registration is not available).

The following policy applies to refunds of registration fees: Cancellation on/before February 14, 2015: Refund = full amount of registration fees and event tickets less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation between February 15 and March 31, 2015: Refund = 75% of registration fees and event tickets.
Cancellation between April 1 and May 31, 2015: Refund = 50% of registration fees and event tickets.
No refunds will be made after May 31, 2015. Cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellation date will be determined by USPS postmark or e-mail receipt date.
